A: Samples represent our standard quality, and bulk orders undergo the same strict QC process. The discrepancy between the sample and the actual product may be due to material differences, with a probability of approximately 0.5%. If discrepancies arise:  
- Share detailed comparisons (photos, measurements) for investigation.  
- If the mismatch is confirmed as our responsibility, we will re-produce the order correctly or compensate you proportionally.
